Iyarman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Waruwu & Partners. Iyarman has served his clients for more than a decade. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, including foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, general corporate, financing, hotel & tourism, healthcare, intellectual property, and commercial dispute resolution.
Before establishing his law firm, Iyarman worked at several leading corporate and commercial law firms in Jakarta, including worked for almost six years at a top tier commercial law firm associated with the international leading global law firm.
Besides running his firm, from June 2018 until May 2019, Iyarman also worked as a head legal department at a multinational company engaging in mobile gadget protection. By working as an in-house counsel, he replenished and polished his knowledge in both commercial and practical aspects.
